Build a blockchain bridge using atomic swap function for a pegged coin

We need to set up a blockchain project that will be based on the Elrond network. Our main goal is to build a bridge that will allow users to convert their Ethereum back and forth from its native network to the Elrond network. Our project will use the cross-chain atomic swaps to allow the coins to be converted to their pegged version.
Deliverables:
. Write the pegged token solidity contract. . Create all the contracts that will allow the cross-chain swaps from Elrond network to Ethereum network.
. Help deploy the contracts on both the testnet and the mainnet. . Connect and integrate the contracts through web3.js to our front-end. . Help us have a working backend to monitor everything and to be able to manual interact in case somethings wrong occurs.
