Build Custom USDT Escrow Platform

I need a web-based USDT escrow system that serves sellers only. The core workflow is not the usual “secure transaction / dispute resolution / automated release” model; instead, I have a distinct set of business rules that I will supply once development begins.

Scope
• Web interface where a seller can create an escrow, monitor its status, and trigger release according to the custom rules.
• Smart-contract or on-chain logic capable of holding and releasing USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20—please allow me to decide the final network during development).
• Simple, password-protected admin endpoint so I can view transaction logs and manually override if ever required, even though there is no dedicated buyer or multi-role environment.
• Clean, responsive front-end; back-end API; wallet integration; and concise technical documentation that lets me redeploy or extend the service later.

Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end testnet demo confirming USDT enters escrow, remains locked, and exits only when my custom condition is met.
2. Source code handed over (smart contract + web app).
3. Deployment guide covering environment variables, node versions, and build steps.

If any part of the flow conflicts with blockchain-level constraints, flag it early so we can adjust logic before mainnet deployment.
