Polygon Based Smart Contract Development

I am looking for a developer to create a smart contract on Polygon (MATIC) that will automate payments based on IoT sensor data.
Goal:
An IoT sensor detects when a traffic light is malfunctioning.
An electrician repairs the traffic light and confirms it via an API call.
The smart contract verifies the status and automatically sends a crypto payment (MATIC) to the electrician.
? Requirements:
✅ Solidity smart contract deployed on Polygon
✅ Automated payment system triggered by IoT sensor confirmation
✅ Integration with an API/Webhook for sensor data validation
✅ Low gas fees and efficient execution
✅ Deployment on Polygon Testnet & Mainnet
Budget: €250 - €1000 (depending on experience & quality)
