Speech for 11 year old - School Prefect Election

I need a 2-3 minute speech for my daughter to give to her primary school. She is running for school captain. The speech should have some humour, outline her achievements and strengths and visions for the year ahead. It can include some references to trending topics (examples: climate change, COVID, Among US/Minecraft/Tiktok/Roblox? etc). It should be engaging and positive and suitable for kids from 5 years to 12 years. It should explain qualities of a school leader and why she should get the job. A slogan would be great too.
