I need a solution to be able upload documents on slack by filling microsoft form/ apps

I am looking for someone who can help me with a solution to upload documents on Slack directly from Microsoft Form/ power apps.

Preferred method of uploading: Directly from Microsoft Form/ power apps

Requirements:
- The solution should automatically upload files upon completion of the form/ apps
- The ability to upload varied types of documents (Word Documents, PDFs, etc.)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Slack and Microsoft Form
- Experience with app integrations and automations
- Familiarity with different types of document formats and their compatibility with Slack
