US Travel-Scheduling Assistant
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
My calendar fills up fast, so I need you to own the entire scheduling process, with a special focus on coordinating my travel. The core of the role is classic calendar management—blocking and updating events in real time—but the highest-impact task is arranging hotel reservations that fit my itinerary and budget without fail.
Expect to:
• Maintain an up-to-the-minute Google or Outlook calendar, avoiding conflicts and handling time-zone differences across the U.S.
• Source, book, and confirm hotels for business trips, recording every confirmation number and cancellation policy directly in the event details.
• Send a concise daily recap of newly set or modified appointments and any pending travel items.
I already use Slack, Gmail, and Google Calendar, so familiarity with those tools (plus Booking.com or similar hotel portals) will let you hit the ground running. Clear, same-day communication is essential; I’m based in the U.S. and prefer someone who can reply during typical American business hours.
