Full Slack App Marketplace Launch
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a production-ready Slack app built from the ground up and successfully published to the Slack App Directory. The core user base will be medium-sized companies, so reliability, clear onboarding, and polished documentation are critical.
Functionality
The app should feel native to Slack, offering custom slash commands, interactive bot conversations, and seamless third-party integrations (think calendars, CRMs, or ticketing tools—whichever SDKs you recommend to achieve the brief). Everything must respect Slack’s latest permission model, granular scopes, and event-based architecture.
Development & tech stack
I’m happy with Bolt for JavaScript, Python, or another framework you’re comfortable with, provided it meets Slack’s security and performance guidelines. If you plan to use serverless infrastructure (e.g., AWS Lambda) or a traditional backend (Express, FastAPI, etc.), outline that in your proposal so I can factor in hosting and maintenance.
Deployment & approval
Beyond coding, I want the full submission process handled: preparing the app logo, writing the directory listing copy, completing the security questionnaire, and managing any review feedback from Slack until the listing is live.
Deliverables
• Source code in a private Git repo
• Step-by-step deploy script or CI workflow
• Directory listing assets (icons, screenshots, marketing text)
• Admin guide and end-user help doc
• Confirmation that the app is approved and searchable in the Slack App Directory
Acceptance criteria
1. Installation works via OAuth with no scope warnings.
2. All commands, bot replies, and integration hooks perform as documented.
3. No errors in Slack’s automated security scan.
4. App appears in the public directory, installable by any workspace.
If you’ve shipped Slack apps before—especially for medium-sized teams—show me a link or brief summary so I can see your approach. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner.
