Expert Slack Consultant for Setup and Structuring

We are looking for an experienced Slack consultant to help us set up and structure Slack for our company.

We have built our own CRM and operations platform, and the system already supports Slack integrations through webhooks. We now want to create a professional Slack setup that can scale with the company.

What we need help with:

* Setting up our Slack workspace correctly
* Creating the optimal channel structure
* User groups, permissions and notifications
* Best practices for sales, operations and management
* Slack workflow recommendations
* Internal communication structure
* Future-proofing the setup as we grow

Our system will later be integrated with Slack so events can automatically be posted to channels, such as:
