Amadeus Flight Booking Support | Travel Consultant
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Urgent travel requests land on my desk every evening here in Australia, and I need every itinerary—domestic or international—issued, rebooked, or cancelled in minutes, not hours. With full Amadeus proficiency you will jump into live PNRs, ticket, void, reissue, and apply waivers without supervision.
During the roughly two-hour window each evening (Sydney time) I send through Slack, email, or a quick Google Chat the flight details or change requests that can’t wait until morning. You pick them up immediately, action them in Amadeus, and log the outcome in our shared Google Sheet. Any receipts, EMDs, or change fee advisories are filed in the same workspace and, when needed, summarised in a short note back to me.
Besides Amadeus, you will tap familiar tools—MS Office for occasional fare comparisons or reports, Google Workspace for our shared docs and email, and Slack as the real-time hotline. Clear, concise communication is essential; one-line updates that confirm “ticketed—SSR noted—receipt sent” keep everything moving.
Typical evening flow
• Receive task via Slack or Gmail
• Action in Amadeus (issue, cancel, rebook, or amend)
• Record the change in Google Sheet & drop the new e-ticket/receipt
• Send a quick confirmation back within the same session
Turnaround: under 15 minutes for straightforward bookings, within the two-hour shift for complex reissues.
If you already live and breathe cryptic commands, ATC ticket changes, and fare rules, you’ll find this a smooth rhythm. Consistent accuracy and reliability through those evening hours are the keys to success.
