Quick sketches

I need someone who’ll be able to understand my ideas quick, and sketch 20 thumbnail drawings, 4 concept drawings and one final Concept drawing. I’ll give references and I need this to be done with at least 1-2 hours as the sketches can be intermediate to advanced but I prefer simple sketches.
