Detailed Portrait Pencil Sketch Creation

I am seeking an artist who can transform a detailed description of a person into a pencil sketch portrait.
Key Project Aspects:
- The orientation of the portrait must be in the 'Portrait' format.
- The sketch should be 'Highly detailed'.
- The artist must pay particular attention to accurately capturing the 'Eyes', 'Hair', and 'Facial structure'.

Below is the description:
Her hair is a vibrant, colder-toned blonde. It is naturally curly, but not overly so. Its length runs 3/4’s of her back. She often has it in a half up messy bun, a very natural look, not overly styled. Her roots are a dark brown, contrasting her brilliant blonde hair color. Her bangs come about half way down her forehead, still as curly as the rest.
Her face is slender, but not too much so, and marked beautifully with a band of dark freckles that runs from cheekbone to cheekbone uninterrupted, as numerous as stars in the night sky. Only a fraction of the freckles reach above her eyebrows, and none dip below her nose.
Her nose has a mostly Greek nose structure, slightly larger than normal but not huge, and its tip and nostrils are upturned slightly.
Her eyebrows and eyelashes are a dark brown, and are very natural, not overly groomed or trimmed.
She has the most stunning vibrant Amber eyes with a beautifully complex collagen pattern.
