Artistic Creative Sketch on Pen.

Hi im looking for an artist that can draw a sketch artistiscally using pen style. Of a Baseball Hat with certain technological elements.
The candidate for this task needs to have the following aptitudes:
- Open STP files on their computer (FreeCAD)
- Review a table of elements on diagrams for each part.
As output I need. One single A4 Sheet of a very nice drawn creative elements with my design idea.
