Production Line Quality Control Audit

I need an experienced quality control specialist to carry out a full-scope inspection of our manufacturing production line. The goal is to verify that every stage of the line meets our internal specifications and recognised industry standards, flag any non-conformities, and recommend practical corrective actions that keep throughput high without compromising quality.

You will be on-site for the assessment, walking the line, sampling products, reviewing in-process records and observing operator practices. I expect you to draw on proven frameworks—ISO 9001, Lean or Six Sigma are all familiar to us—yet tailor your evaluation to the realities you see on our shop floor rather than relying on checklists alone.

Acceptable deliverables
• A concise executive summary highlighting critical findings
• A detailed, section-by-section report (PDF) covering equipment condition, process controls, operator procedures and in-line testing results
• A prioritised action plan with clear owners, expected timelines and measurable success criteria
• Supporting evidence: photos, data sheets or statistical charts that substantiate each recommendation
