Operational Process Optimization Consultant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want an experienced consultant to help me sharpen the operational efficiency of my company, with a clear emphasis on process optimization. The goal is to dissect our current end-to-end workflows, pinpoint friction points, and turn them into lean, repeatable, and measurable routines.
Scope of work
• Start with a diagnostic review of our existing processes (I will share SOPs, performance data, and access to key staff).
• Map the current state, highlight bottlenecks, redundancies, and avoidable hand-offs.
• Design an improved future-state process that reduces cycle time and error rates while preserving quality.
• Provide an implementation roadmap that details quick wins, resource requirements, and relevant KPIs for tracking.
• Coach my in-house team on sustaining the gains—templates, checklists, and simple dashboards are welcome.
Tools & methods
Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, BPMN, or any data-driven framework you trust are all acceptable as long as the logic is transparent and the outputs are actionable.
Deliverables
1. Diagnostic report with quantified pain points
2. Future-state process map (PDF or Visio)
3. Step-by-step implementation plan
Acceptance criteria
• Each recommendation backed by measurable data (time saved, cost reduced, or error rate lowered)
• Processes must be documented clearly enough for staff to follow without further clarification
• All files delivered in editable format
Timeline is flexible but I would like to see the first diagnostic insights within two weeks of project kick-off. Let’s discuss the best start date and any clarifications you might need.
