• Redesign each process so it is measurable, repeatable, and easily trained—think clear SOPs, flowcharts, and KPI dashboards that spotlight waste and cycle times.
• Strengthen team management structures: role clarity, performance metrics, meeting rhythms, and escalation paths.
• Tie the above into a seamless customer service framework that shortens response times and improves order accuracy.

— On-site or virtual discovery sessions with department heads.
— Draft and iterate new procedures with my feedback.
— Final hand-off package containing all documentation, training aids, and an implementation roadmap sequenced by priority.
— A 60-day follow-up plan to ensure adoption sticks.
