Improve car workshop using six sigma process

As a car workshop manager, I’m looking to use the Six Sigma process to improve my business. I want to improve my Inventory Management, Customer Service, and Workflow Efficiency in order to both increase revenue and lower expenses. Ultimately, I am hoping to reduce defects and deficiencies in order to improve customer satisfaction. My goal is to make my business more efficient and successful with the help of the Six Sigma process.
