DMAIC Analyze phase

I am looking for a freelancer to help with the analyze phase of a DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control) project. The primary focus of this stage is to evaluate various data sets in order to identify root causes and do supply forecasting. The datasets that will be provided include historical data.
