3cx create mail2 Voice APP and create a mail2SMS

im looking for you 3cx GUy who can do 2 things for me 1 Application lets say xx.xxx.de sends mails and 3 cx chack this postbox every5 minute and if there is a email do a text 2 speach and read on a dial group the text from the mail. and you stop the call to the group only if one of the users who get this call will enter the ping 0815


The Other app we need is email from somehow and sent it over the bulksms api aout
