ProSBC Expert for Configuration & Training

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

We have deployed ProSBC (ProLab edition) in a VMware environment and we need an expert to finalize the configuration so that our system can properly interconnect between:

One or more internal PBXs (LAN side)

One or more SIP carriers (e.g., Telnyx, DID providers, SIP trunks)

Scope of Work

Create and configure NAPs (Network Access Points) on both LAN and WAN sides

Configure RouteSets and routing scripts to handle:

Outbound calls (PBX → Carrier)

Inbound calls (Carrier → PBX)

Special call handling (e.g., emergency numbers like 911)

Verify proper handling of SIP and RTP flows

Perform real call testing (inbound/outbound) and fine-tune as needed

Deliver clear documentation of steps taken and configuration details

Training Requirement

In addition to the configuration, we need hands-on training so our team can be self-sufficient with the platform:

Navigating and understanding the ProSBC management interface (version 3.3.10.59)

Creating and modifying NAPs

Adding or changing routing rules

Monitoring and analyzing calls (Call Trace, SIP logs)

Basic troubleshooting procedure for call failures

Desired Qualifications

Proven experience with Telcobridges ProSBC or FreeSBC

Strong expertise in SIP, RTP, and SBC routing logic

Ability to explain clearly and provide structured documentation

English or French communication acceptable

Deliverables

A functional configuration for at least one SIP trunk (e.g., Telnyx) and one internal PBX

Documentation + live training session (screen sharing / video call)
