This is not an entry-level job, and it's not for someone who has “worked with dialers” once or twice. Requirements:
Deep understanding of predictive dialing logic, pacing algorithms, call routing, and outbound campaign optimization.
Experience with SIP trunk integration, multi-tenant setups, failover configurations, and robocall compliance (DNC, STIR/SHAKEN).
Ability to provide proof of past deployments — screenshots, configs, references, or case summaries.
You must be the person doing the work — not outsourcing, not assigning to someone else.
