Freeswitch Telephony Application Development Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to take a telephony idea all the way from concept to a production-ready product built on FreeSWITCH. The core platform must run reliably on both Windows and Linux, and I need full documentation that lets any future engineer understand, maintain, and extend the system.
Key functionality I expect from day one includes IVR menus that can be edited without code changes, crystal-clear call recording with searchable storage, multi-party conference calling, high-volume voice broadcasting, and basic voice recognition for simple spoken commands. Whatever libraries or modules you choose inside FreeSWITCH are fine, as long as they are open-source friendly and you can explain why you picked them.
Front end and Backend we have to team to work on it. Need support on Freeswitch integration.
Because this is an end-to-end engagement, I will rely on you to:
• Design the overall call flow and SIP architecture.
• Build, test, and package the FreeSWITCH configuration for both Windows and Linux targets.
• Create user-level and admin-level documentation, including install scripts and a step-by-step deployment guide.
• Offer knowledge-transfer sessions so my in-house team can operate and troubleshoot the system once it is live.
Successful delivery means I can execute a one-line install on either OS, place test calls that exercise every listed feature, and hand the finished documentation pack to a junior engineer with confidence they can keep the service running. If that outcome sounds like your comfort zone with FreeSWITCH, let’s talk through your approach and timeline.
