3CX Call Center SIP Trunk
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need my new 3CX phone system connected to a reliable business-grade SIP trunk that will support a blended contact-center operation — both inbound customer service and outbound campaigns. The trunk must be fully configured, tested, and ready for live traffic.
Core requirements
• End-to-end SIP trunk provisioning on 3CX, including carrier registration, codecs, DID mapping, and secure transport (TLS/SRTP if offered by the provider).
• IVR setup for our first menu tree so callers can self-route before reaching an agent.
• Validation that inbound, outbound, and internal transfers all behave correctly with call quality, caller-ID and forwarding intact.
• Written handover notes covering the trunk settings, any firewall/NAT rules applied, and simple instructions for adding new DIDs or IVR options.
Acceptance criteria
1. Test calls (in & out) complete at >99 MOS quality with no one-way audio.
2. IVR plays and routes to the correct ring group within two seconds.
3. All configuration steps are documented clearly enough for a 3CX administrator to reproduce.
Remote access to the 3CX instance and router-firewall can be provided via secure VPN or Anydesk at an agreed time.
