Autodialer System Development + 3CX Integration

I need an auto dialer built on a VPs I will provide I have a ip sip, I need the dialer to be able to ring thousands of numbers in my campaign. The client will hear a playback ending with “press 1 to be connected to an agent.I then need the call to be routed to 3cx which my agents can then answer which are in my Que, I need the correct client caller id showing on my 3cx. I must also have an admin panel where I can quickly upload new numbers, change sips change IVR and view current campaigns. I have some work done which I will list below

Done:

* Installed and configured the VICIdial system and admin panel
* Created SIP trunk (Carrier) profiles for Poland and 3CX
* Built initial dialplan logic for the 222 prefix routing

Remaining work:

* Fix SIP authentication: Outbound calls aren’t authenticating with the Polish provider (no CDR records), so this needs troubleshooting
* 3CX integration & Caller ID: Finalize the bridge so 3CX accepts transfers and preserves the original caller ID
* Campaign setup: Create the Press-1 survey campaign, upload TTS prompt, and configure call menu routing to 3CX
* Data import: Prepare and upload the CSV list with duplicate checking enabled
