AudioCodes SBC Omnichannel Support

We are looking for an experienced freelancer who can support and configure AudioCodes Mediant 2600 SBC for Microsoft Omnichannel environment.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge in SBC, SIP, VoIP, Hotline, and telephony process
* Hands-on experience with AudioCodes Mediant 2600 configuration and troubleshooting
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Omnichannel configuration and integration
* Ability to understand customer requirements and implement configurations accordingly
* Experience in SIP trunk setup, call routing, inbound/outbound call flow, and troubleshooting
* Must be able to support remotely, and onsite support will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

* Genesys / Microsoft Omnichannel integration knowledge
* SIP trunk troubleshooting with telecom providers
* AudioCodes SBC monitoring and maintenance
* Real-time issue troubleshooting and support
