Simio High-Detail Assembly Line Model

I need a Simio model that captures our assembly line in high detail. The focus is strictly on the assembly stage, so there’s no need to include quality control or packaging for now. The model must show every step from material handling right through to component fitting, with realistic routing logic, resource constraints, and processing times that can be easily tweaked later.

I’ll provide layout drawings, cycle-time data, and shift calendars as soon as we kick off. From you I’m looking for a fully functioning .spfx file plus a short walk-through (video or annotated screenshots) explaining key objects, parameters, and where I can update them if our processes change.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Accurate reflection of the physical flow for material handling and component fitting
• No animation glitches—entities, workers, and conveyors must interact correctly
• Input parameters neatly exposed so I can run quick what-if analyses
