RSLogix-to-TIA Conversion

Job ID: 39889806

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I have a running Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 application—PLC logic and accompanying HMI screens—that controls a process plant. We’re retiring the AB hardware and need the entire solution rebuilt in Siemens TIA Portal for a new TIA Portal Controller. Speed is critical; I’d like an engineer who can jump in immediately and keep the migration smooth.

Scope
• Re-create the PLC logic in TIA Portal, preserving tag names, comments, and step sequence behaviour.
• Translate all existing HMI graphics, alarms, and faceplates to Siemens WinCC inside TIA.
• Maintain identical process-control functionality, interlocks, PID tuning parameters, and fault handling.
• Provide an offline simulation or test project so I can review before site deployment.
• Supply a concise conversion report highlighting any unsupported instructions and your chosen equivalents.

You’ll receive the complete RSLogix 5000 archive, HMI project, P&IDs, and I/O list as soon as we start. Deliverables are the compiled *.ap14 (or higher) project files, HMI runtime files, and the report. If you’ve completed similar conversions before and can start right away, I’m ready to move quickly.
