PCB Re-Routing For Performance
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have a complete schematic and board layout that works electrically, yet I’m seeing room for better overall performance. What I need now is a careful re-routing pass: traces, planes, and vias must be reorganised so the board’s signal paths are shorter, cleaner, and less prone to crosstalk or impedance surprises.
The schematic will be supplied in its current CAD format together with the existing PCB file, manufacturing notes, and the stack-up I am locked into. Your task is to open the design, analyse the present routing, and deliver a revised layout that meets the same netlist while achieving demonstrably improved performance (eye diagrams, timing reports, or similar evidence—whatever is standard for the tool you use).
Because we are only changing routing, no component swaps or footprints need touching. Keep the board outline, mounting holes, and connector locations exactly where they are; everything else is fair game if it helps performance.
Deliverables
• Updated PCB file in the same CAD platform version I provide
• A brief change log summarising the main routing decisions and their benefits
• Optional: simulation plots or screenshots that back up the improvements
If you work in Altium, KiCad, or another mainstream tool, let me know and I’ll share the corresponding project folder so we can move quickly.
