OptiFDTD Photonic Crystal Geometry Setup -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone with direct OptiFDTD (Optiwave) experience to rebuild photonic-crystal biosensor geometry from a published paper.
Scope (test milestone only):
– Recreate lattice geometry (hole radius, period, defect line)
– Assign refractive indices for substrate, waveguide, analyte region
– Apply PML + monitor placements using a provided template
– No simulation runs, no CSV export, no sweep
Deliverable:
– One OptiFDTD project file (.fdt) that opens with no errors
To qualify, message with:
Version of OptiFDTD you’ve used
Screenshot proof of previous OptiFDTD geometry or monitor layout (mandatory)
Time estimate to complete this partial setup
Hard filters (don’t apply if):
– You only have COMSOL, Meep, CST, RSoft, or MATLAB experience
– You “can learn OptiFDTD” or have theory only
