Mobile Hydrogen Generator - Power Electronics Design
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
Guidance and hands-on support are required to take a power electronics system (DC-DC & DC-AC) for a hydrogen generator application from concept to a build-ready design. The immediate goal is to select an appropriate topology, model its behaviour, size the magnetics and passive components, and confirm thermal and EMI performance against typical conditions.
The work will revolve around power electronics simulation and schematic capture, and clear documentation, ready for production. Access to prior converter experience—especially with transient immunity and load-dump scenarios—will be valuable.
Deliverables
• Complete, validated schematic with reference designators and values
• Simulation files showing steady-state and transient performance
• Bill of materials listing readily available (automotive-grade) parts
• Concise design report summarising key calculations, losses, thermal margins, and compliance notes
All files should be editable and accompanied by brief walkthrough notes so that future tweaks can be made easily.
