I'm seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in LTspice to assist in simulating a Boost Converter. The project involves analyzing and attenuating the EMI and EMC spectrum by adjusting the gate resistor of a SiC-MOSFET transistor. The SiC-MOSFET has already been integrated and simulated. The next phase requires replacing the SiC transistor with a GaN transistor to observe changes in system behavior.
Key Requirements:
- Simulate a Boost Converter using LTspice with a focus on EMI and EMC spectrum analysis.
- Replace the existing SiC-MOSFET with a GaN transistor using the provided model file.
- Conduct multiple iterations easily to fine-tune the system.
- Analyze and compare the switching speed between the SiC and GaN transistors.
