Gas Dispersion Study on DNV PHAST software
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a process-safety specialist who can model a gas dispersion blowdown scenario in DNV PHAST. You will receive the release parameters and plant layout from me; your task is to build the model, run the simulation and interpret the results in a concise report. Although my primary interest is the blowdown event, feel free to flag whether a continuous, instantaneous or jet release sensitivity run would materially change the risk picture—I may add those as follow-up work if justified.
Deliverables
• PHAST input file (.psu) with all assumptions clearly documented inside the model notes
• PDF report summarising key settings, dispersion contours, concentration-versus-distance plots and your brief commentary on hazard distances
I will consider the job complete once the files open in my own licensed copy of PHAST, the contours match the release conditions I supply, and your report highlights any critical safety implications.
