FlexSim Warehouse Capacity Planning Model

We are seeking an experienced FlexSim Developer for a freelance/contract project to build a detailed 3D warehouse simulation model and digital twin of our distribution center. The scope includes modeling rack systems, various picking processes (batch, wave, zone), conveyors, AGVs/AMRs, packing stations, and other warehouse operations using FlexSim’s Warehousing module and Process Flow, running multiple scenarios and optimization experiments (OptQuest), importing data from Excel/SQL, and delivering clear reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for layout optimization, throughput improvement, labor planning, and automation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of strong hands-on FlexSim experience, proven expertise in warehouse and distribution center modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex results clearly. This is a remote project expected to last 4–8 weeks with possible extension.
