FlexSim Assembly Line Bottleneck Simulation

I need a FlexSim model that mirrors my current assembly-line setup so I can focus on process optimization and, most importantly, pinpoint every bottleneck that limits throughput. The scope is limited to production line efficiency: station capacities, buffer sizes, material flow, and operator interactions.
I will supply layout drawings, takt-time data, and recent shift logs. Using those, replicate the line, run sensitivity analyses, and highlight where queues build or resources sit idle. Please return:

• A concise run report summarising KPIs (throughput, utilisation, average wait) and the exact stations or logic causing each bottleneck
• A short list of parameter tweaks or layout changes that the simulation shows would yield the biggest gains
