I'm in need of an expert who can skillfully run a Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulation using Network for Molecular Motion (NAMD) software. This small task is specifically related to biological systems.
The job includes, but is not limited to;
- Familiarizing yourself with the specifics of my biological system,
- Setting up and executing the simulation,
- Fine-tuning as necessary for accurate results.
