Develop a Monte Carlo Simulation model

Set up a Monte Carlo Simulation model to optimize the reduction of fatalities at roadway work zones using Excel with a Monte Carlo simulation add-on. The objective is to reduce crashes involving fatalities. Variables can include work zone speed limit, work area length, duration of work being done, time of day work is done, traffic volumes, work signs/flaggers present, etc. Expert knowledge in Monte Carlo simulations and risk engineering modeling.
