Data simulation/generating synthetic data

I would like to work with an individual with experience in simulating data to simulate payment behavior.
The idea is to simulate activity (frequency and value($)) of payments that are made via different payment methods. I need this done by end of day today (december 14) in your timezone.
There are different payment methods merchants accept- debit, credit, ach, discover, apple pay, paypal, cash, check and gift cards. The simulations will only include debit, credit, discover, apple pay and ach payments.
Debit and credit card payments could be transacted using visa, mastercard, american express, and discover.
Things to keep in mind to run the simulation:
- Debit cards are used more frequently than credit cards
- Merchants average 350 transactions each month (range 0 - n)
- Debit cards average at 98 transactions per week,
- Credit card average at 94 transactions per week
- ACH at 65 at transactions per week
-Merchants with less than 9 transactions a month have more days of inactivity
- Debit transactions average at $53.
- Credit transactions average at $77.
- ACH transactions average at $42.
- 86% of merchants had their value of total transactions of less than $8300 a month
- For card transactions: There are more Visa transactions (54%) than Mastercard,(22%), AmEx(22%) and Discover (2%)
-Applepay averages 2% of all transactions
-ACH transactions are about 30% of all transactions
-The most common merchant sectors include (in order from most common):
Food & restaurants
Retail & fashion
Health, beauty, and fitness
Residential and commercial
There are other sectors.
Given the above, these are the columns:
Merchant ID - unique numeric value
Merchant Sector (numeric value to indicate which sector the merchant is in)
Duration (how long merchant has been a member)
Number of days since last activity (how long it has been since merchant last logged on)
ACH (number of ACH transactions per week)
Value_ACH (value of ACH transactions per week)
Debit (number of debit transactions per week)
Value_Debit (value of debit transactions per week)
Credit (number of credit transactions per week)
Value_Credit (value of credit transactions per week)
Visa (number of visa transactions per week)
Value_Visa (value of visa transactions per week)
Mastercard (number of mastercard transactions per week)
Value_Mastercard (value of mastercard transactions per week)
AmExpress (number of AmExpress transactions per week)
