Cylindrical Sweeper CAD Design

Job ID: 39819918

Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

The task is to build a complete modular cylindrical brush sweeper attachment in SolidWorks, ready for manufacturing and assembly on a compact loader.

Core parameters
– Brush: 900 mm long, 500 mm Ø with nylon bristles
– Drive: 1–3 kW BLDC motor coupled to a planetary gearbox
– Transmission: belt drive incorporating a torque limiter and a flexible coupling
– Support: brush shaft carried on bearings housed in a welded frame
– Interface: mounting plate that mates with the host vehicle’s quick-attach system

What I need from you
1. A fully detailed SolidWorks 3D model of the entire module, structured so sub-assemblies (brush, drive, frame, mount) are clear.
2. Neutral files: STEP/IGES for the 3D data, plus a separate exploded-view STEP for documentation.
3. 2D fabrication drawings—shaft, frame, bearing blocks, mounting plate, guards—produced to my internal company drawing standards and supplied as DWG, DXF and PDF.
4. A complete BOM listing all standard and custom parts, with specifications and suggested suppliers where relevant.
5. Motion and stress simulations that verify:
• dynamic balance during rotation at operating speed
• belt and shaft loading under worst-case debris resistance
• frame deflection limits under full brush down-force

Context & expectations
Experience with rotating machinery, road sweepers or agricultural implements will make the job straightforward; familiarity with SolidWorks Simulation is essential. Keep configurations tidy, name features logically and avoid proprietary components that cannot be sourced globally.

I will provide the bolt-pattern of the loader mount, preferred bearing series and the torque limiter model once the project starts. Final sign-off happens after the simulations meet the agreed performance envelopes and the drawings pass an internal check against our standards.

If this scope aligns with your skill set, I look forward to your bid and a brief outline of comparable projects you have completed.
