Custom High-Voltage Boost Converter
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I have a proprietary boost-converter topology sketched out and will share the full schematic block diagram with you. Your task is to turn this concept into a working design that takes 12 – 24 V DC at the input and delivers a tightly regulated 72 – 100 V output capable of 3 A continuous current.
You’ll begin by reviewing the topology and confirming component stresses, switching strategy and control loop stability. From there I need complete component selection (including magnetics), detailed simulations in LTspice, PLECS or PSIM, and an efficiency/thermal report so we can agree on any tweaks before hardware.
Once the simulations check out, please create the production-ready schematic, PCB layout and manufacturing files (Gerbers, pick-and-place, BOM). The board must hold regulation across the full input range, load steps up to 3 A, and hit at least 95 % peak efficiency around 18 V input, 2 A load in your model. Thermal rise should stay below 40 °C above ambient without forced air; document assumptions clearly.
Send examples of similar converters you’ve taken to prototype or mass production in your previous works. I’ll be available for quick feedback throughout.
