Create Sims into Characters in a story

I am looking for someone who can create an interactive storyworld featuring my Sims characters. The story should be captivating and imaginatively crafted, utilizing elements of fiction. My Sims should be varied, with no particular skillset or attributes predetermined, but I do want them to reflect certain moods and attitudes. The story should be interesting, engaging and thoroughly test the ability of the developer. Great attention to detail and a willingness to firmly commit to the project are essential.
