Carbon Capture Simulation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello,
I’m working on a carbon capture system and have prepared a 3D model of the unit in STL format.
The goal of this project is to simulate gas flow, temperature, and pollutant capture efficiency using SimScale or any other CFD tool you are experienced with.

• A clean STL file of the geometry (Closed_Gas_Capture_Unit.stl)
• A full simulation setup document (Word/PDF)
• Target capture rates: 90% CO₂, 50–60% for NOx and SOx
• Inlet flow data: temperature, velocity, gas concentrations (CO₂, NOx, SOx, CO)

What I need from you:
• Set up the simulation using:
• Conjugate Heat Transfer + Species Transport (if using SimScale paid plan)
• Or Incompressible + Species Transport (if using free tools)
• Define porous layers for palm fronds and activated carbon
• Run the simulation and provide:
• Flow behavior
• Temperature distribution
• Gas concentration at inlet and outlet
