COMSOL Multiphysics Simulation Assistance
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I need an experienced COMSOL Multiphysics user to build and solve a simulation model for my current research project. The core physics to include—whether structural mechanics, fluid dynamics, electromagnetics, heat transfer, acoustics, or reactive transport—will be finalized together once you review the problem statement and the data I will provide.
What I already have:
• A concise description of the physical system and its boundary conditions
• Material properties and operating parameters, either measured or from literature
• Preliminary calculations that outline expected ranges for key results
What I need from you:
• A clean, well-documented COMSOL model file that reproduces the system faithfully
• Clear notes inside the model (or a short PDF) explaining physics interfaces, boundary conditions, meshing strategy, solver settings, and any assumptions
• Post-processing plots and numerical tables highlighting the main performance indicators we agree on (temperature gradients, stress fields, flow profiles, eigenfrequencies, etc.)
• A brief hand-off call or recorded walkthrough so I can rerun or tweak the study myself later
I am happy to iterate quickly: you produce an initial build, I verify the geometry and physics, then we refine mesh, solver, and parametric sweeps until the results converge and match physical expectations. Please state your experience with similar COMSOL projects and tell me which physics modules you are most comfortable with.
