COMSOL Membrane Simulation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a comprehensive simulation of a silicon nitride membrane (3mm x 3mm, 200nm thickness) using COMSOL. The simulation should include:
- Parametric load sweep from 0.05mN to 0.3mN with 0.01mN increments
- Analysis of displacement, stress-strain, and buckling
- Eigenmodes study
The membrane will have fixed edges. Any mesh size is acceptable.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in COMSOL Multiphysics
- Experience with membrane simulations
- Strong understanding of mechanical properties and boundary conditions
