BUILDING EVACUATION PLAN FOR HIGH RISE BUILDINGS

I am in need of an experienced professional to develop a building-specific evacuation plan for a high rise building. The plan must include instructions for elevators and stairwells, as well as specific instructions for individuals with special needs in case of an emergency situation. My building is especially large and complex, so the evacuation plan will require extra care, knowledge, and attention to detail in order to ensure that all residents, visitors, and staff can evacuate safely and quickly in the event of an emergency.
