I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop an AnyLogic simulation model for a sheet metal stamping process in automotive manufacturing, as part of an academic project. The goal is to simulate the production line, analyze performance metrics, and conduct sensitivity analyses based on provided guidelines.

Project Scope:
* Model Development:
* Simulate the sheet metal stamping process using AnyLogic, including:
* Poisson-distributed arrival of sheets.
* Visual inspection with operator allocation and defect detection.
* Batch preheating in a furnace with energy-saving logic.
* Molding using two types of machines with maintenance schedules.
* Final inspection and defect detection.

Deliverables:
* A detailed PDF report including:
* Input data used (modifiable for sensitivity analysis).
* Model implementation steps.
* Simulation results (tables/graphs) and sensitivity analyses.
* An AnyLogic project file (.alp) and supporting files (e.g., Excel for data).
* Compressed folder named "project-group-XX" containing all files.

Key Requirements:
* Simulate a 16-hour working day with ≥10 replications.
* Analyze statistics like average pieces machined, queue times, machine utilization, and workforce efficiency.
* Conduct sensitivity analyses on:
* Workforce size (N) and its impact on production.
* Furnace batch timeout (H) and its effect on system performance.
