Advanced Moldflow Tutoring Sessions

Job ID: 40112640

Budget: $10 – $20 USD

I’m learning the Mud flow software and completing a project , but I need an advanced tutor who can meet with me live (screenshare, voice, camera—whatever lets us collaborate in real time) and sharpen my skills in three very specific areas: injection-molding simulation set-up and interpretation, in-depth cooling circuit analysis, and rigorous warpage / shrinkage prediction and troubleshooting.

My goal is to fix a small project that I am working on AND move beyond the default workflows and learn how to:

• optimise mesh quality and solver settings for the project (simple)
• fine-tune cooling layouts to hit cycle-time and temperature-uniformity targets
• diagnose, quantify, and correct warp drivers before first-tool-cut

We’ll work directly in Autodesk Moldflow Insight (2015);

Format & cadence
– Live, one-on-one sessions via Zoom or Teams
– Each session 60-90 minutes, recorded on my side so I can replay later
– Screen-sharing both ways—please be ready to demonstrate and then watch me apply the same steps

Acceptance criteria
By the end of our engagement I should confidently fix some of the errors and optimize the design and know especially what were the eerros and how to avoid in the future..

If you have a proven track record mentoring at this level and can start within the next week, send a brief note outlining your experience and typical session structure so we can schedule our first call.
