ARENA Single Server Simulation

I need an ARENA model that represents a single-server check-out counter where customers arrive according to an exponential process with a mean rate of 12 customers per hour and are served exponentially at 15 customers per hour. The focus is on capturing the queue dynamics and reporting core performance measures such as average waiting time, time in system, queue length behaviour, and server utilisation once the model reaches steady state.

Please build the logic with standard ARENA modules, run the simulation long enough to obtain statistically reliable results, and export both the summary statistics and the raw data so I can replicate the analysis in Excel or JMP. A basic animation that shows entities entering, queuing, being served and departing is welcome, but the numerical outputs are the priority.

Deliverables should include:
• The .doe file with all modelling elements clearly labelled
• A brief PDF (or Word) summary explaining run length, warm-up, replications, and the resulting KPIs, accompanied by screenshots of any animation or statistical charts

Document any additional assumptions you make, keep the model flexible so parameters can be edited quickly, and ensure the file opens without add-ins beyond standard ARENA.
