Senior Requirements Manager, web3
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for an experienced Senior Requirements Manager to join our team. As a Requirements Manager, you will work closely with product, technology, marketing and operations teams to identify and define product requirements for the Web3 social platform. You will lead requirements analysis, feature definition, project planning, and ensure that all teams work together efficiently to drive project delivery on time. Your work will directly impact the innovation and development of our products and help achieve the success of the Web3 social platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Requirement Management:
Collaborate with various departments to collect, analyze and organize platform functional requirements.
Conduct market research, track the latest development trends in the field of Web3 and social platforms, and understand user needs.
Write requirements documents to clarify features, priorities, business goals and timelines.
Cross-departmental communication:
Work closely with product managers, development teams, design teams and operations teams to ensure accurate communication and understanding of requirements.
Provide continuous support and decision-making during the product development process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Project Management:
Participate in the development of product roadmaps to ensure that the implementation of requirements is consistent with the company's overall strategic goals.
Supervise the progress of the implementation of requirements to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Identify potential risks in the project and proactively resolve them to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Data-driven decision-making:
Analyze product data and user feedback to develop optimization requirements.
Guide the priority adjustment of product features based on data and provide actionable suggestions to the team.
Job requirements:
Experience requirements:
At least 5 years of work experience in product management, demand management or project management related fields, with experience in Web3, blockchain, decentralized platforms or social media preferred.
Experience in cross-functional teamwork and the ability to collaborate with technology, design, marketing and other parties.
Successfully delivered products or projects in a rapidly changing technical environment.
Skill requirements:
Solid demand analysis capabilities, able to accurately understand user needs and transform them into specific product features.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to clearly report progress and problems to the team and senior management.
Familiar with agile development processes, project management experience, and the ability to use project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, etc.).
Have a certain understanding of Web3, NFT, and blockchain technology, and be able to communicate effectively with the technical team.
Educational background:
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, information management, business management, etc. is preferred.
Bonus points:
Hands-on experience in blockchain technology or project experience in the Web3 field.
Candidates with product manager certification (such as CSPO) or project management certification (such as PMP) are preferred.
