Recruting "PHILIPPINE Customer Service"

We are looking for Recruiters who can help us hire customer service person in the Philippines.
The requirements for Custmer Service person is like below:
1. Answering the users' questions with customer communication tools;
2. Sticking to the principle of “fastest, easiest, optimal” and providing the users with services and solutions;
3. Demonstrating team spirits by cooperating and coordinating with other employees as well as the team leaders, and following the department rules;
4. Being professional in customer communication by providing comprehensive guidance, rational analysis, and objective evaluation, and satisfying the users by helping them solve problems.
Requirements
1. Fluent in English and Chinese Language;
2. Being able to work in 3 shifts and take spells;
3. Current in Philippines or will move to Phillippine in the near future
