Recruitment of Chinese panellists for postal measurements

We are a company based in Hamburg, Germany, specialised in domestic and international transit time measurements for postal operators.
For our measurements we are looking for individuals (panellists) who are willing and able to participate in such measurements with their private and/or business street address. Panellists are required to receive and/or send "test mail" and enter the corresponding send and receipt dates on our website. For their support panellists receive monthly incentives.
Our panel comprises of panellists from all around the world. As a growing market China is of particular importance for us.
We are looking for a freelancer with experience in SEA and SMA for the Chinese market that helps us to find suitable panellists.
