Professional engineer to advise on getting certificate (CSA) or equivalent for a Chinese made laser welder

As a leader in our industry, we need to ensure that our products meet the highest of standards. We are in search of a professional engineer who can help us obtain a Certificate (CSA) or equivalent credential for one of our Chinese-made laser welders. This is to meet regulatory compliance standards. We have some existing partial documentation for the laser welder, but will need assistance in navigating the entire certification process.
